To obtain your new membership card please drop off your current membership card (original) along with Rs.500/- and the duly completed information form in a sealed envelope at the BC PPA Office at the Auditorium.

Become a Class Rep

If you like to keep your batch informed of our activities by enrolling as a Class Representative for your batch (A/L year) please write to: bcppa@bcppa.lk to get on the Class Rep email list.

Please fill in the downloaded Membership Form, attach a copy of your school leaving certificate and the indicated membership fee and hand into the PPA Secretary at the PPA Office during office hours.
